SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery depends on the shipping method you picked on your checkout page. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
Fast shipping and standard shipping are available.
We offer shipping for most of the EU countries as well as the US, UK and CA, also for Kazakhstan some items may not be available for purchase in specific countries or areas.
SHIPPING FEE
We offer worldwide free shipping on order over $60.
Flat fee will be calculated on checkout page, and it varies from the shipping method you choose.
We assume the shipping fee of standard shipping for all items. However, if you choose fast shipping, an additional shipping fee will be charged. The fee details will be displayed on the checkout page.
INTERNET RETURN POLICY
You must contact support BGT after-sell service within 15 days of receipt of your order.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of your order.
Any returns must be in saleable condition and in original, unopened packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless you have received a damaged or wrong product.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact customer service at support with unboxing video of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement or issue a refund as you wish.
We don’t collect duties and taxes fee for international order, it may, or may not collected by your local customs authority. As only the recipient of an order can claims these fees back, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly for further assistance.
BGT does not cover the cost of return shipping for international returns caused by non-quality issue.

If you received defective product, please send you refund request to support BGT including the following details:
Your order ID.
Unboxing picture/video showing the problem/defect.
We do not accept refunds if the order is not delivered due to the buyer’s fault
The order cannot be delivered due to invalid address. We do not accept your request for refund
The recipient refused to accept the package, we do not accept your request for refund
The recipient’s address cannot receive the package, we will not accept your refund request
There is no place to put the package, we do not accept your request for refund
APPLY RETURN
You may return most new, unopened items in the original condition, sold and fulfilled by us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, shipping fee will not be able to get refund if the refund is not caused by quality issue.
You can also exchange an item if your return item wasn’t purchased with a promotion, the return item isn’t subject to a restocking fee, the return item was purchased with a credit or debit card.
